Dr. Madeleine Tuson-Turner, ND, MSIMR, MSGH
Dr. Madeleine Tuson-Turner runs a private practice based in Tigard, OR and teaches at The National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, as well as remotely at The Nyarkotey College of Holistic Medicine in Tema, Ghana.Dr. Tuson-Turner offers integrative primary care, PRP regenerative injection therapy, ozone therapies, and pelvic floor physical therapy. She specializes in the treatment of hormone imbalance, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, prolapse, lichen sclerosus, and sexual dysfunction.
She recently returned from Ghana after serving as the Medical Director at the Center for Health and Rejuvenation, an Integrative Medicine Clinic in Accra.
In addition to founding Thrive, Dr. Tuson-Turner serves as a board member for the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), where she chairs the Global Health Committee.
She also serves as the chairperson for the Education Committee of the World Naturopathic Federation (WNF).

Stephanie Harrington, MS, CNS, LD
Stephanie is a Licensed Dietitian and Board Certified Nutrition Specialist. She has specialty training in functional nutrition, with a focus on digestive healing and hormonal balance.
Stephanie practices nutrition from a whole-person approach, believing that together food, mindset, self-care, and connection, play an essential role in wellness. As a nutritionist her role is to listen to you and your body’s internal cues while offering guidance, support, and accountability. She is passionate about utilizing nutrition science, functional testing, and food relationship coaching to create individualized nutrition plans for sustainable changes.

Sara Haag, DAOM, MAcOM
Sara is a certified practitioner in sound and vibrational medicine and holds both a master’s and doctorate degree in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She is currently completing a master’s in clinical nutrition. Her expertise extends to women's health, fertility, aging, and nutrition.
Emphasizing a holistic approach focused on nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and self-love, she offers care for diverse conditions. Sara currently provides telehealth and in-home services for personalized consultations in herbal medicine and nutritional counseling, ensuring accessibility to tailored care from a distance or within homes.

Holding master’s degrees in Nonprofit Management: Social Enterprise, and in Business Administration: Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Zachary supports the visions of founders and executive teams from a diversity of startups and early-stage organizations, as well as offering strategic consulting and design services for purpose-driven and/or cooperatively owned businesses.In addition to founding Thrive, he currently serves as Grant Finance Manager for the Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (ELAW) in Eugene, OR and as Board Secretary for McKenzie River Trust in Eugene, OR.
